HiFi Level 1.0 Data on 2016-05-14

The HiFI images were taken with the GREGOR Solar Telescope (Schmidt et al. 2012, Denker et al. 2012) at Observatorio del Teide on 2016-05-14. The observations started at 08:14:06 UT and ended at 16:52:18 UT. HiFI recorded simultaneosuly images in the chromospheric Ca II line at λ396.80 nm and in the Fraunhofer G-band at λ430.70 nm. The total amount of Level 1.0 data is 103.92 GBytes.

MFGS
The Median Filter Gradient Similarity (MFGS, Deng el al. 2015) is closely related to the seeing conditions under which the data are taken. The red bullets represent the mean value of the MFGS during the image sequence, whereas the blue vertical bars indicate the range between minimum and maximum MFGS values.
